【摘要】 本文通过离体的血凝块，进行实验研究观察尿激酶药物的纤溶效果、溶解时间及最低有效浓度。采用ＣＴ引导立体定向血肿排空治疗老年高血压脑出血５０例。血肿位于壳核２４例，丘脑１６例，皮层下８例，小脑２例。除小脑血肿＜１３ｍｌ外，２０～６０ｍｌ４４例，６０ｍｌ以上４例。６例血肿呈液状一次除净，４４例呈凝血块均行碎化抽吸清除。清除量＞７０％２４例，５０～７０％２０例，３０例加用尿激酶治疗。手术死亡率４％，４８例术后随访３个月（以ＡＤＬ为标准），１级１３例（２７％），２级２３例（４８％），３级１０例（２１％），４级２例（４．２％）。更多还原

【Abstract】 o obserre the fibrolytic effect of wrokinase for blood clot in vitro,to determine the hime of lysisand minimum conartration for clot.50 old patients with intraserebral hermatoma were treated with CT-guided stereotectie surgery. The cocation of hematoma were putamen in 24,thalamas in 16, subcortenin 8 and cerebulum in 2.The volume of hematoma were less than 13ml in 2（verebulum）,20-40ml in 20,40-60ml in 24 and were than 60ml in 4.The hematomas were totall remored in 6,more than 70 in 24 and50- 70% in 20. 30 patients were treated wsing workinse in caveity of hematoma. The mortality were 4%.There were 48 care follow up three woths,ADL₁ 13（21%）,ADL₂ 23（48%）,ADL₃,10（21%）and ADL₄ 2（4.2%）.更多还原
