【摘要】 本文研究了岩黄连总生物碱（ＣＳＢＴＡ）对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用，发现ＣＳＢＴＡ在体内增强溶血空斑值和增强小鼠的迟发型超敏反应。在体外增强同种异型小鼠脾细胞的混合培养反应和增强有丝分裂原刺激脾细胞的增殖反应，另外ＣＳＢＴＡ增强Ｔ细胞产生ＩＬ－２和ＩＦＮ－γ的水平，提示ＣＳＢＴＡ在免疫调节中是一种增强剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immunologic effects of Corydalis Saxicola Bu nt ing Total Alkolids(CSBTA in mice was observed in this study. It has been found that CSBTA was significantly increased the production of hemolysin plaque forming cell(PFC),delayed-type hypersensltivity(DTH)to allotypic spleen cell(ASC)in mormal mice. CSBTA could also enhance mitogen(ConA, PHA, LPS)induced murine splenocytes proligeration,the mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR)of allogenic spleen cell and IFN-γproduction in normal mice and Con A-in- duced IL-2 production of murine splenocytes,The results suggest that CSBTA could be an enhancer in im-mune regulation.更多还原
