【摘要】 本文用双夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测急性白血病患者血清ＴＮＦａ，同时用体外细胞毒试验（ＭＴＴ法）检测重组人肿瘤坏死因子（ｒｈＴＮＦａ）对白血病原代细胞毒活性，并与患者临床化疗效果比较。结果显示：急性白血病患者血清ＴＮＦ水平显著高于正常对照组，但不预示白血病的化疗效果；ｒｈＴＮＦａ对白血病细胞毒活性缓解组高于未缓解组，与患者临床化疗效果密切相关。提示这种试验可能有临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The level of TNFa in patients with leukemia was determined by sandwich ELISA,and thecytotoxic activity of rhTNFa against leukemia cell in vivo was detected by MTT assay. The results were com-pared with the clinical response to chemotherapy. It was found that the level of TNFa was significantly higherin patients than in control,but it is no significance for the response to chemotherapy. The cytotoxic activityinduced by rhTNFa was higher in patients of complete remission group than that of non-remission group,andit has a close relationship between cytotoxic index and the clinical response to chemotherapy,which have greatsignificance in predicting the clinical response to chemotherapy in acute leukemia.更多还原
