【摘要】 在体外实验的基础上，我们将既具有抗Ｂ细胞Ｓｍｌｇ又具有抗破伤风类毒素（ＴＴ）的双特异抗体注入小鼠体内，与非特异Ｂ细胞结合后，成为模拟的ＴＴ特异性Ｂ细胞，以用于进一步探讨Ｂ细胞在体内的抗原递呈能力。通过比较具备与不具备模拟特异Ｂ细胞两类小鼠对ＴＴ免疫应答的强度，说明模拟的特异Ｂ细胞在体内能有效地摄取、处理和递呈相应抗原。证实特异性Ｂ细胞在免疫应答启动阶段起着重要的传递抗原信息作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on our previous studies on antigen presentation of B lymphocyte in vitro. we transferedthe bispecific antibodies which were sythesised by chemical conjugtition and with two specific binding sites(anti-Smlg and anti-TT antigen)into mice. These bispeciic antihodies would bind to normal B cells to makenonxpeclfic B cells into TT-specific Bcells(the mimiced specific B cells).In this experiment,we compared theimmune response to TT antigen of primed mice with or without the mimiced specific B cell. The resultsshowed that the mimiced specific B cells were more efficient in uptaking,procesing and presenting TT antigento T cell. Our studing demonstrated that specific B cell play an important role of conducting the antigen im-formation in the initiation of immune response.更多还原
