广西普通野生稻籼粳性状研究

【摘要】 采用程侃声(1993)亚洲稻籼粳亚种六项形质性状鉴别方法,对普通野生稻(O.rufipogon)进行籼粳性状分化的调查研究,了解作为栽培稻近缘祖先种的普通野生稻各生态类型的籼粳性状分化情况。结果表明,普通野生稻各生态类型在叶毛、穗轴1、2节长、谷粒长宽比等性状上已有籼粳性状表现的差异,在同一性状中各生态类型群体上表现也有差异;有的性状(叶毛)在同一植株不同生育期也表现出籼粳的差异。因此认为普通野生稻存在着籼粳性状的结构基因,性状上的籼粳差异是基因表达调控不同的结果。亚洲栽培稻籼粳亚种可能同时起源于野生稻,不存在基本型与变异型问题。

【Abstract】 The Hsien (indica) and Keng (japonica) differentiation in 6 characters of over 2000 samples of Guangxi wild rice (O. rufipogon Griff) were researched, Using the identification method proposed by Cheng Kansheng (1993) for Lhe Hsien and Keng subspecies of Asian cultivated rice (O. sativa L. ).The results demonstrated thut different ecological types of common wild rice had Hsien and Keng characters distinction to different degrees in six characters including leaf hair, the length of stem pad between 1st and 2nd spike et al.It was found that the Hsien and Keng differentiation degree in identified characters were different in various ecological types and the characters of leaf hair at different stage had Hsien and Keng pheno type difference in identified plants. Hence, we consider that there are same structural gene of Hsien and Keng characters in common wild rice, Hsien and Keng distinction on the characters are the result of the gene different express adjust-control. Hsien and Keng subspecies of Asian cultivated rice (O. sativa L.) are originated from wild rice at same period, there are not the problem of fundamental type and variation type.
