【Abstract】 The newly developed intelligent fixed-point Velometer for motorcycles is a brand new porketable speed measuring instrument which can meet the requiement of the national standard and suitable for outdoor applications. It is reliable and accurate with high efficiency and low energy consumption and easy to operate,It can be used to measure motorcycle maximum speed,minimum steady speed,starting speed and overrunning accelerating speed. Also it can be applied for measuring the motorcycle speed when climbing, coasting and braking.
