【摘要】 由于种子的成熟度及藏年限的不同，使不同年度采收种子的活力之间有很大差异，其发芽后的整种子及其粉碎后的提取液的发光也有很大差异，发芽４～１６天的整种子发光强度与种子的发芽率及发芽指数之间的相关达到了显著或极显著的水平。其提取液发光强度的变化曲线因萌发天数的不同而有规律的变化，低发芽率或发芽天数少于４天的种子提取液的发光强度的变化趋势是平滑下降，随着发芽天数的增加，高发芽率种子提取液的发光强度出现了峰谷变化，而低活力种子的发光强度的变化趋势则仍然是平滑下降。说明发芽后的整种子或其提取液的发光与原样的代谢活性密切相关，提取液中的发光物质的浓度和发芽的天数有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vitality or lruc potato sceds collected in different years are different greatly because of the different degree of mature and the different numbers of years stored. The luminescence of germinated whole sced or its extract arc also diffcrent greatly. The luminesccnce of seed germinated for 4～16 days are correlated significantly with germination pcrcentage and germination index. The curve form of lumincscence intensity of the extract changes regularly with the germinated days increasing. Those suggest that the lumincscence intensity or germinated sced or its extract is correlated closely with the vigor of the original sample, and the concentration ofluminescent substrate in the extract related to the germinated days.更多还原
