可压缩烧结材料轴对称变形上限元法(Ⅰ)
UBET for Compressible Sintered Powder Materials in Axial Symmetry
【摘要】 本文以质量不变条件为基础,提出了可压缩烧结材料轴对称变形的广义上限元法(UBET)。研究了矩形单元变形情况,导出了其动可容速度场和上限功率计算式,建立了上限优化模型。用广义 UBET 方法分析了烧结钢圆环光滑平板镦粗变形,并作了实验验证。
【Abstract】 A general UBET for comperessible sintered powder materials in ax- ial symmetry is developed based on the mass constancy in the paper.The deforma- tion of rectangular element is analysed,the kinematically admissible velocity field and expressions of upper bound work rate for the element are derived,and the opti- mal model for the calculation of the upper bound work rate is established.The gen- eral UBET is applied to analyze deformation of sintered steel ring is smooth plate upsetting,and theoretical calculations are compared to experimental results.
