扫描隧道显微镜的新型实时图像处理系统
A New Real-Time Image Processing System for Scanning Tunneling Microscope
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种用于扫描隧道显微镜(STM)的实时图像处理系统。通过改进形态学运算,定义条件腐蚀、条件膨胀、开运算、闭运算,可滤除幅度大干特定值的噪声信息。选择适当的模板结构和门限阈值,这种改进的形态滤波器既保留了传统形态滤波器的优点,又克服了它的缺点。通过条件腐蚀、条件膨胀、以及邻域平均,可以得到满意的结果。整个系统由FPGA硬件实现,能对STM采集的图信像号进行实时处理。
【Abstract】 A new real-time image processing system is described in the paper. By modifying morphological operation,conditional erode and dilute, and open and close operations have been de-fimed.A noise signal with amplitude greater than a proper value is removed. The modified mor-phological filter retains advantages of the traditional M-filter,but gets rid of its disadvantages.This system, implemented in FPGA hardware,can process STM images in real time with slgnal acquisition.
