【摘要】 云南省于1991年底对存活的28006名麻风患者中的27782人作了畸残调查,发现畸残14577人(52.46％),其中Ⅱ～Ⅲ级占88.7％。面部畸残以脱眉最多,手部以爪形指和猿手较多,畸残随年龄及病期而增加,不规则治疗及未治者的畸残率高于规则治疗者(P<0.001),农民的畸残率显著高于其它职业(P<0.001);以BT的畸残率最高。要防止畸残必须早发现,及早规则治疗病人,正确处理神经炎,特别是无痛性神经炎,并教育病人做好自我护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey of disability in 27782 actve and arrested leprosy- patients out of 28006 ones living now shows that 14577 cases (52. 46%)have deformities and disabilities, of which 88. 7 % is II and III grade. What was most often seen is milphosis, claw hand and ape palm. The disabilities have been increasing with age and disease duration and are more in those irregularly treated, in peasents and in BT form of the disease.更多还原
