【摘要】 <正> 福建省从1987年推行WHO的MDT,至1991年用以治疗过3307例,其中用三联的2153例,二联1154例,已完成治疗的分别为1536例和892例,共2428例联疗后转入监测。 用MDT前5年(1982～1986)的患病率、发现率及儿童病人的比率分别下降38.2％,8.7％及0.9％,以后5年(1987～1991)分别下降59.3％,35.7％及1.7％。 用MDT前后的患病率及发现率见表1。 在用MDT后5年新发现的944例患者中,男性675例,女性269例。I 18例(1.9％),TT 331例(35.1％),BT 173例(18.3％),BB 46例更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1987 Fujian Province has begun to use MDT regimen. By the end of 1991 , 3307 cases of leprosy had taken or were taking it and 2428 completed the course of teatmem. The prevalence has decreased from 0. 0054/10, 000 in 1987 to 0. 0022/10,000 in 1991 ,the detection ratedecreased by 8.6% and the proportion of childhood cases reduced by 1. 7%. At the same time MP/PB value and early cases with single lesion and with the disease duration less than two years among newly detected patients increased by 0.23, 4% and 11. 6% respectively, but the disabiliy rate decreased by 7. 2% (P<0. 001).更多还原
