【摘要】 按照ILEP足底溃疡的研究方案,采用综合防护措施,对47例足底溃疡(64个溃疡)及48例足底麻木者进行了三年观察。64个溃疡中痊愈54个,显著进步1个,进步4个,无变化2个,恶化1个,复发2个,有效率为92.2％,痊愈率为84.4％。溃疡的新发率和复发率分别为第1年4.3％和0,第2年2.1％和7.8％,第3年2.1％和3.1％。48例足底麻木者观察第1年,发生溃疡2例(4.2％),第2年和第3年未再发现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of a comprehensive protection measure on 47 cases with 64 plantar ulcers and on 48 cases of leprosy with insensive feet for three years was reported. Among those with the ulcer,54 ulcers healed and two improved and the ulcer relapsed in two cases. The incidence of new ulcer and the relapse rate were 4.3% and zero in the first year,2. 1% and 7. 8% in the 2nd year and 2. 1% and 3. 1 % in the 3rd year respectively.
