【摘要】 从肺心病患者痰中分离出１株产紫色水溶性色素的铜绿假单胞菌。通过对形态、培养特性、生化反应、底物用试验及药敏试验等共９０个性状的观察和试验作出鉴定。此株细菌尽管在基本性状上与铜绿假单胞菌完全符合，但在某些易变表型性状上确与临床常见菌株有些不同，例如产生紫色素，而不产脓青素，几乎不产荧光色素，不能使硝酸盐脱硝，不能在十二烷三甲基溴化铵培养基上生长等。但此菌的药敏试验则与常见菌株无甚区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pseudomonas aerugine a is one of the most important suppurative pathogens.It commonly produced the green pyocyanin or brownish red pigment.Astrain of diffusive violet-pigmented nonfermenting Gram-negative rod siolated from the sputum of a pulmonary-heart disease patient has been identified by us.Through more thann 90 items of morphological,cultural features,biochemical reactions,substrate utilization test and drug sensitivity test,the strain has been identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa based on the conformation between the strain and P.aeruginosa type strain,though there were some "nontypic characters" of the strain such as it could not grow on cetrimide agar,did not denitrification,no evidently fluorescent pigment and the polar monotrichous flagella cells did not reach 90% of the total cells examined.This study would enlarge and deepen the knowledge regardinng the species and was helpful to the iden-tification and diagnosis of the bacteria.更多还原
