多水源供水系统分级优化调度

【摘要】 根据大系统分解的思想,将多水源供水系统的优化调度分为两级:第一级,以供水净收入及压力分布数作为目标函数构成一非线性多目标规划课题,并利用SCDD算法求解各水源供水泵站最佳供水量和供水压力;第二级,以第一级优化结果作为调度指今,以供水电耗作为目标函数,运用枚举法确定投入运行的最佳水泵组合.经对某大型城市供水系统的实际应用表明该优化调度具有良好的经济效益.

【Abstract】 In this paper, the optimal control for the multi-source water systems was decomposed into two levels based on the concept of decomposition method for large scale systems. On the first level, the net-income of water supply and the water pressure distributionfunction were chosen as two objective functions for setting tip a non-linear and multi-objecobjective programming task. The optimal outflow and pressure of each pumping station could besolved by using SCDD method. On the second level, according to the optimal results of thefirst one,the power consumption of water supply was used as an objective function and theoptimal pump combinatiom into operation could be obtained by using enumeration method.An actual application in a large water supply system of a city has showed that optimalcontrol in water Supply systems has a good economic benefit.
