蔗糖、硼对樱桃属植物花粉萌发的影响

【摘要】 樱桃属4种植物花粉分别在不同浓度的蔗糖水溶液和不同浓度的硼砂水溶液中悬浮培养,并利用花粉区别染色法对花粉进行染色观察。结果表明,蔗糖和硼对花粉的萌发均有明显的促进作用。15%、20%的蔗糖水溶液和15mg/L的硼砂水溶液对花粉萌发的促进作用最显著,萌发率分别达到75.01%~84.35%和88.60%~94.78%。花粉的发育率为86.79%~98.0%。

【Abstract】 The pollen of 4 species of Cerasus is cultured in solutions of sucros and borax of different concentrition respectively,and it is also observed with the method of differential stain ing.The result shows that the effects of sucros and boron on accelerating pollen germination are evident, especially in the solutions of sucros of 15%、20%, and borax of 15mg/L,in which the proportion of pollen germination reach 75.01%~84.35% and 88.60%~94.78% individualy.The proportion of nonaborted pollen is 86.78%~89.0%.
