重质油生产轻烯烃的FCC家族工艺比较

【摘要】 阐述用重质油作原料,以流化催化裂化技术为基础,研究开发出的一系列生产轻质烯烃的新的工艺技术及专用催化剂。并列出了DCCI,MGG,ARGG,DCC-Ⅱ,MIO及CPP型工艺试验结果及其区别.最后提出可选用其中任一种工艺及配套的催化剂,对现有催化裂化装置适当改造,根据原料性质和市场需求,生产出最大量的目的产品。

【Abstract】 On the basis of FCC techniques, a series of new technologies and special catalysts for the production of light olefins from heavy oils were researched and developed. The technological test results and differences of the DCC-I, MGG, ARGG, DCC-Ⅱ, MIO as well as CPP processes were presented. It is proposed that, according to the properties of feedstocks and the market requirements, the maximum yield of end products can be obtained by using whichever above-mentioned process and the corresponding catalyst with appropriate revamping the existing FCCU.
