【摘要】 本文就银川市市场销售的部分瓶装天然矿泉水、果茶进行生物指标检验。结果表明，按ＧＢ－１０７９２－８９微生物标准，抽样的１６种瓶装天然矿泉水细菌总数不合格率为１２．５％，大肠菌群（ＭＰＮ）均小于３个／１００ｍｌ，致病菌均未检出；１２种瓶装果茶细菌总数不合格率为６６．７％，大肠菌群均小于３个／１００ｍｌ，致病菌均未检出，并对瓶装天然矿泉水、果茶中微生物的种类及特性进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported that the microbiological examination of standard of some bottled natural mineral water and nectar sold on market in Yinchuan city.According to microbiological standard of GB-10792-89,the result of examination showed that fail in rate of aerobic bacterila count were 12.5%,conform bacteria(MPN)were under 3/100ml,bacterium that can cause disease haven’t been examined front from 16 kinds of samples of botteled natural mineral water;and fail in rate of areobic bacterial count were 66.7%,conform bacteria were under3/100ml,bacterium that can cause disease haven’ t been examined out from 12 kinds of samples of nectar.And the kinds of microbiorganism and speciality of bottled natural mineral water and nectar have been explored.更多还原
