SHA型混合吸附剂精制食用植物油初探

【摘要】 本文对SHA型吸附剂和活性白土混合吸附剂精制食用植物油进行了研究,筛选出二者最佳比例为4∶2%,以及实验室条件下的最佳工艺:控制温度范围为120~140℃,振荡15min,离心分离15min。将脱色、脱酸、脱臭、脱过氧化物等步骤合一,大大简化了工艺过程。

【Abstract】 A new method for refined edible oils by means of mixed adsorbents-SHA adsorbent (SHA) and activated clay (AC) was investigated. The optimum refined condition and instrumental parameters have been selected in detail: the ratio of SHA to AC is found to be 4: 2%(oil weight 100g), reaction temperature in the range of 120 ̄140℃, agitating and centrifugal time 15 minute. Color, odor, acid and peroxide of edible oils can be removed all together with mixed adsorbents.The method have been applied to refine rape (seed) oil and soybean oil. Main quality targets of the refined edible oils are in good agreement with National Standard of high quality edible oil. The engineering processes of purification are simple and the cost is low.
