W6Mo5Cr4V2钢形变热处理组织的电镜分析
ANALYSIS OF MICROSTRUCTURE OF W6Mo5Cr4V2 STEEL AFTER THERMOMECHANICAL TREATMENT BY TEM
【摘要】 利用透射电子显微技术研究了W6Mo5Cr4V2钢在750~1150℃温度范围内等温形变0~65%后直接淬火或270℃等温淬火的显微组织。结果表明:形变诱发了MC型碳化物,且析出碳化物的分布和形态与形变参数有关;MC与母相奥氏体的取向关系为三基矢分别平行,且MC的析出不影响随后相变产物的形貌;马氏体和贝氏体铁素体的惯习面为{111},它们与奥氏体、MC间有这样的关系:(111)MC∥(111)γ,∥(O11)α;[110]MC∥[110]γ∥[111]α。此外,还有另外一种取向关系,此时(200)MC与(111)α。晶面共格。
【Abstract】 The microslructure of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel which was thermally deformed at 750~1150℃ in the range of 0~65% and quenched or austempered at 270℃ was studied by TEM. The results show that the thermal deforma tion induces the precipitation of MC type carbides; distribution and morphology of the carbides depend on the parame ters of deformation; the orientation relationship between MC and austenite is that three basic vectors parallel respec tively;the precipitation of MC does not influence morphology of mastenite or bainite ferrite;the orientation relationship between austenite,MC and mastenite (or bainite) ferrite is(111)_mc// (111 )_r// (01l)_a;[l10]_mc//[l10]_r//[111 ]_a. In addition,there is another orientation relationship in which (200)_mc and (111). is coherent crystal face.
