石墨探针-原子吸收光谱法测定人发中痕量铟的研究
AAS DETERMINATION OF TRACES OF INDIUM IN HUMAN HAIR WITH GRAPHITE PROBE FURNACE
【摘要】 探针原子化技术是一种实现等温原子化,改善灵敏度的行之有效的方法。本文采用此方法对痕量钿进行了一系列条件试验,峰面积与钿浓度在0~50ng·ml-1范围内呈线性关系,其特征量4.8pg,检出限21.5pg,相对标准偏差5.7%,并成功地测定了成人发中铟的含量,范围在12~159pg·g-1,回收率96.4%~103.2%。该方法灵敏度高,操作简单、快速,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of trace amounts of indium by AAS with graphite prohe furnace is reported in this paper. The use of graphite probe furnace technique is an efficient way for maintaining constant temperature atonuzation and for improving the sensitivity of the determination. An excellent linear relationship between the indium concentration and absorbance (peak area mode)holds in the range of 0-50ng ?ml-1. The characteristic mass of indium and its limit of detection are found lo be 4. 8pg and 21. 5pg respectively. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of indium in human hair wilh sat isfactory results. The result of an examining analysis of 90 samples shows that the content of indium in human hair ranges from 12-158ng ?g-1. A standard addition test gives a recovery of 96. 4%-103. 2%. This new method proves to be sensitive and con venient.
