超高分子量聚苯乙烯流动活化能的测定
Determination of Flow Activation Energy of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polystyrene
【摘要】 利用剪切速率趋于零时聚合物熔体粘度与分子参数和流体本征性质的直接相关性,在低剪切速率0.05~0.2s-1、温度180~220℃条件下,测定了分子量Mw=105×104~266×1043种超高分子量聚苯乙烯(ps)的流动活化能,结果表明,聚合物分子量大幅度增加对流动活化能的变化不敏感。
【Abstract】 The flow activation energy of ultra high molecular weight polystyrene with Mw=105×104~266×104 was determined by zero shear viscosity at low shear rate 0. 05~0. 2 s-1 in the temperature range of 180℃ to 220℃ respectively. The results indicated that flow activation energy of these polymer were not sensitive to their molecular weight.
