【Abstract】 In this paper, a magnetic pulse compressor (MPC) used in excimer laser has been introduced. Both the primciple and the function of the MPC in the laser discharge are circuit described. The structure of MPC and the experimental result have also been shown. By introducing the MPC into the circuit, which compresses the pulse current efficiently,the lifetime of the thyratron will be prolonged.更多还原
