【摘要】 41例癫痫患者应用丙戊酸钠糖浆治疗,单药治疗29例,控制与显效25例(86.2％),合并药12例,控制与显效9例(75％),全组控制与显效34例,总有效率87.8％。32例患者作了血药浓度测定,大部分都在50～100μg/m1之间,多数达到控制或显效。有的病例在血药浓度监测下逐步增加剂量,提高了血药浓度,从而达到控制或显效,提高了疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 41 patients with epilepsy were treated by syrup sodium valproate. 25 (86. 2%) of 29 cases with monotherapy were controlled or significantly improved (seizure frequency reduced more than 75%). VPA drug levels were monitered in 32 cases,21 with monotherapy, 11 with polytherapy. Among the 21 cases with monotherapy,the blood levels were within 50-100μg/ml in 17 patients, in 15 of which the seizures were controlled or reduced more than 75%. Under blood levels measuring the drug doses were able to increase and more effects could be achieved. Thus the authors emphasized the role of blood level monitoring in the treatment of epilepsy.更多还原
