【摘要】 14例有较长病史的癫痫患者(6例为GTC发作,7例为CP发作,1例为GTC合并CP发作)及2例新发病的GTC发作患者,服用卡马西平缓释片进行疗效观察,结果8例获完全控制,4例发作次数明显减少,4例无效。卡马西平缓释片的血浓波动指数为22.85％,明显低于普通片(42.32％,P<0.05)。更多还原
