【摘要】 应用固相血小板捕获试验对两例新生儿血小板减少症进行血小板特异性抗原（ＨＰＡ）及血清中血小板特异性抗体的检测。结果发现，两位新生儿血小板特异性抗原为ＨＰＡ－１，两位母亲为ＨＰＡ－２，两位母亲及新生儿２血清中含有ＨＰＡ－１抗体，证明为新生儿同种免疫性血小板减少症。讨论了本病的发病因素及治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Platelet specific antigens and platelet specific antibodies in two newborns with thromhocytopenia were detected with solid phase capture-P test.The result showed platelet specific antigens in two newborns were HPA-1 but those in two mothers were HPL-1.Two maternal and one neonatal sera were positive against HPA-1.The Study confired that two cases are of neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia.The pathogenesis and treatment of the disease were also discussed.更多还原
