【摘要】 ５２例初诊ＡＰＬ患者单用全反式维甲酸（ＡＴＲＡ）治疗，其中５例在治疗后１月内早期死亡。除１例因ＡＰＬ本身严重的血小板减少所致的颅内出血外，其余４例死于与ＡＴＲＡ治疗相关的白细胞淤滞或维甲酸综合征。结合有关文献复习了这些严重合并症的临床表现和发病机理，并提出初步的处理意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty two patients with newly diagnosed acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL) were treated with alltrans retinoic acid (ATRA)alone. Five cases of them died early within one month after starting of this therapy. Four patients died of leukostasis or retinoic acid syndrome related to ATRA treatment, except that one of intracranial hemorrhage resulting from severe thrombocytopenia associated with APL itself. The clinial manifestations and pathogenesis of these serious compliactions are reviewed consulting the relevant literatures, and the preliminary opinions about management are proposed.更多还原
