【Abstract】 The karyotypes of 68 cases with ANLL were analysed in our laboratory from 1991 to 1993 at the time of diagnosis,The abnormalities of chromosome 16 including inv 16(P13 q22),del(16q22),and t(16;16)(p13 q22 were found in 7 of 68 cases.At the same time,their abnormal marrow cyto morphology was observed.The clinical singnificance of the aberrations of chromosome 16 associated eith specific cyto morphologic feature in ANLL was discussed.更多还原
