电抽搐治疗精神分裂症患者血清5—HT及MAO的影响
The Electric Convalsive Treatment for Impact of Serum 5-hydroxytryptamine and Monoamine Oxidase of Schizophrenics
【摘要】 本研究对11例精神分裂症患者第1次和第6次电抽搐治疗(ECT1和ECT6)前15’及后5’、15’、30’、45’、60’、90’血清MAO、5-HT浓度进行监测,结果ECT1、ECT6治疗后5-HT浓度迅速升高,5’达高峰、约60’后恢复。MAO持续增高至30’,约90’后恢复。
【Abstract】 This study has respectively determined the concentration of serum 5-hydroxytrypt-amine (5-HT) and monoamine oxidase (MAO) of 11 schizophrenics for the first electric convalsive treatment(ECTl) and the sixth electric convalsive treatment (ECT6) at 15 minute befor treatments and at 5, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minute after the treatments. The results showed the concentration of 5-HT rose rapidly and reached the top of the concentration at 5 minute and then recovered at about 60 minute. The concentration of MAO rose gradually for 30 minutes and recovered at about 90 minute.
