核酸原位杂交技术在尖锐湿疣病理诊断中的意义
The significance of nucleic acid hybridization-in-situ technique in the diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum
【摘要】 应用地高辛标记的HPV6B/11、16/18型DNA探针对30例尖锐湿疣、10例疑似尖锐湿疣及25例假性湿疣进行HPVDNA原位杂交分析。结果显示,30例尖锐湿疣患者HPV6B/11均阳性,4例HPV16/18阳性;10例疑似尖锐湿疣中,1例HPV6B/11阳性,另1例HPV16/18阳性;25例假性湿疣HPV6B/11,16/18均阴性。表明HPVDNA原位杂交技术在尖锐湿疣的诊断中,特别是在病变不典型的尖锐湿疣的诊断中具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Thirty cases of condyloma acuminatum, ten cases suspected of condyloma acuminatum and twenty-five an of pseudocondyloma were analyzed for human papillomavirus DNA by in situ nucleic acid hybridization using digoxin labelled HPV 6B/11, 16/18 probes. Results showed that the 30 cases condyloma acuminatum were all postive for HPV 6B/11, and 4 of the 30 cases were positive for HPV 16/18. Of the ten cases suspected of condyloma acuminatum, one case was positive for HPV 6B/ 11 and another one was positive for HPV 16/18. All 25 cases of peudocondyloma were negative for HPV 6B/11 and HPV 16/18. Our study demonstratal that the technique of nucleic acid in situ hybridization may be of significance for the diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum, especially when histopathological changes are atypical.
