【摘要】 本文分析２６例肝脓肿（化脓性２４例、阿米巴２例）的ＣＴ表现。脓肿直径＜２０ｍｍ多发小脓肿７例，单发脓肿１４例，复杂多间隔脓肿５例。作者认为脓肿内积气、＂簇状征＂和＂双靶征＂为肝脓肿特征性表现。对延迟扫描在肝脓肿诊断和鉴别诊断中的作用进行了探讨。本研究表明ＣＴ诊断肝脓肿具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 CT manifestations of 26 cases of hepatice abscesses were analyzed (pyogenic 24,amebic2).The abscesses were classified into there broad categories:(1) multiple small abscesses less than 20mm(7patients),(2)unilocular abscesses (14 patients),and(3)complex or multiseprated abscesses(5 patients).It was found that the gas present within the abscess,the cluster sign and the double-target sign manifestations were characteristic of hepatic abscesses in CT.The valuation of hepatic abscesses diagnosis and differential diagnosis by delay CT were discussed.The results indicated that CT diagnosis of hepatic abscesses had important clinical value.更多还原
