【摘要】 急性胃溃疡因其所产生的Ｘ线征象酷似早期胃癌的Ⅱｃ、Ⅱｃ＋Ⅱａ或Ⅱａ＋Ⅱｃ型，如对其征象认识不足，无论Ｘ线或胃镜皆易误诊为早期胃癌。因其愈后好，保守治疗可在短期内迅速治愈，加深对本病的认识则有着重要意义。本文通过对１０例急性胃溃疡的分析，认为其Ｘ线特点为：（１）溃疡形态浅而不规则，但溃疡的边缘轮廓清晰锐利；（２）溃疡底相对较平坦；（３）粘膜皱襞可出现类似恶性皱襞的征象，但粘膜皱襞的尖端光滑无蚕蚀及阶梯状狭窄；（４）动态观察短期内病灶迅速缩小。短期内复查及随访观察是鉴别诊断必不可少的关键环节。良好的双对比像和压迫法的有效运用，对于诊断有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Radiologic and endoscopic findings of acute gastric ulcer are similar to those of the early gastric cancer type Ⅱc,Ⅱc+Ⅱa,Ⅱa+Ⅱc.The failure to diagnose has been due to inadequate knowledge of these two disease, This article is aimed at how to differentiate the subtle radiologic signs through 10 case analysis. Radiologically, ulcer usually demonstrates superficial crater,irregular with sharp ring and relatively flat base, the converging folds which are similar to those of gastric cancer are not uncommon to find. In this situation,revealing the shape of the proximal part of the folds and observing whether the lesion become smaller in a short term are two key points for diffrentiation of malignant lesion and benign ulcer. The fine double contrast examination and the extent of pressing can offer us more diagnostic imformation content.更多还原
