【摘要】 报告应用近似尺度原理对一组内窥镜鼻窦手术的疗效进行了分析。９２例鼻窦炎患者术后７１．７％头痛消失，１５．２％头痛缓解；鼻塞消失为７３．９％，部分缓解为１０．９％；术前下鼻甲肿大为＋＋＋的有６７．４％，术后为２．２％。表明用内窥镜进行鼻窦手术，视野清楚，对病变切除彻底，能最大限度地保留正常的解剖结构，保存鼻腔鼻窦的正常功能，并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 The analogous scale method was applied to evaluate the effects of functiOnal endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS). This surgical method was used in the chronic sinusitis.92 cases who were followed-up for 6 months after operation. We found that 71.74% headache resolved,15.22% alleviated; 73.91% nasal obstruction resolved,10.87% partly alleviated; 67.39%inferior turbinates swell +++pre FESS,and only 2.17% post FESS. The techniques allow excellent visualization,remove diseased tissue thoroughly,and preserve normal anatomic construction without severe complications.更多还原
