水热合成锆钛酸铅微粉
SYNTHESIS OF FINE PZT POWDER WITH HYDROTHERMAL TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 本文叙述以前驱物Pb(OH)_2、ZrO(OH)_2和TiO(OH)_2为原料,在2L高田釜内水热合成、制备功能性压电陶瓷微粉PZT的过程.就水热过程的主要影响因素碱度、温度和时间进行了研究和讨论。在低于200℃,2mol/LKOH,2h条件下,成功地合成该粉体。经X-衍射和电子显微镜检测分析,该产物是一种平均粒径小于0.3μm的立方晶体,具有良好的田电效应值。
【Abstract】 The hydrothermal preparation process of fine PZT powder in a 2 liters autoclave with the precusors of Pb(OH)2,ZrO(OH)2 and TiO(OH)2 was described in this paper.The effect of the alkali concentrations,tempera-tures and time as the main variables,on the hydrothermal process was stu died and discussed. Fine PZT polvder was successfullY synthesized under the conditions of200C and lcss,2 mol/LKOH and 2 hours.The examination resu1ts of XRD,SEM and TBM show that the PZT powder is a kind of cubic crystallite with an average diameter less than 0.3 microns and has good piezoelectricity value.
