乙炔气的干湿法净化工艺比较与分析

【摘要】 乙炔气的杂质净化问题,不但关系到它本身的纯净度,而且关系被其焊接的工件和被其切制的材料的质量优劣以及使用者的安全。因此,必须重视并妥善处理这一问题。本文对乙炔气净化处理的干、湿两种方法的工艺流程进行了系统的分析与比较,肯定了湿法处理具有净化质量好,安全可靠等一系列优点,从而为其取代干法处理提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The purification of the impurity containing in acetylene gas is of important re- lation relation to not only its purity but also the quality of the welded workpiece and thecut materials as well as the safety of the operator. Therefore,this problem should be con- sidered and solved properly.The systematic analysis and comparison of dry and wet pro-cesses used for the acelylene gas purification are made. The results have shown that thewet process has advantages of good purification tlualtity,safety and reliability etc,It pro- vides a hasis for replacing the dry process.
