【Abstract】 The rotary system is a key mechanism of rotary drilling rig. Its good or poorrunning has a great relation to the operating efficiency of the rig.Developed specially forthe rotary system of Modl 45-R rotary drilling rig,the DC stepless speed regulation sys-tem with crystal shutter tube described in this paper has advantages of low energy con-sumption and cost,high effciency and reliable running etc. The integrated operational am-plifier,comparator and other logical circut were used in the protective system, so made itmore perfect.The author discusses in more detail this protection principle.更多还原
