【Abstract】 A Powder metallurgy process has been developed for manufacturing the dou-ble-layer-metal cylinders of oil pumps. The cylinder formed by this process offers the advan-tages of suitability for working at high pressure and speed conditions,high working efficien-cy and long service life,In this paper the characteristics of the cylinders,and the influence ofthe composition of powder alloy,sintering temperature,porosity,ect.on the quality of thematerial formed are discussed.更多还原
