粉末冶金双层金属油泵缸体的研制

【摘要】 本文简要叙述了粉末冶金双层金属油泵缸体的特点,分析了粉末合金成分、烧结温度、合金孔隙度等对材料质量的影响,从而找到了一种适合于高压、高速、高效率、高寿命的新型双层金属油泵缸体的制做方法。

【Abstract】 A Powder metallurgy process has been developed for manufacturing the dou-ble-layer-metal cylinders of oil pumps. The cylinder formed by this process offers the advan-tages of suitability for working at high pressure and speed conditions,high working efficien-cy and long service life,In this paper the characteristics of the cylinders,and the influence ofthe composition of powder alloy,sintering temperature,porosity,ect.on the quality of thematerial formed are discussed.
