钨-桑色素配合物的极谱波研究及应用
A STUDY AND ITS APPLICATION OF POLAROGRAPHIC WAVE OF TUNGSTEN-MORIN COMPLEX
【摘要】 在pH2.1的硫酸-1.78x10 ̄(-5)mol/L桑色素-0.02mol/L氯乙酸底液中,钨在一1.13V(S.C.E)有一灵敏的极谱波。可用于微量钨的测定,线性范围为2.18x10 ̄(-10)~1.52x10 ̄(-8)mol/L,检出限为7.36x10 ̄(-11)mol/L。方法准确性好,简便快速。直接应用于三氧化钼光谱标样中微量钨的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A new polarographic system for determination of tungsten is presented in thispaper. A solution of pH2.1 H2SO4 -1.78x 10 ̄(-5) mol/L Morin-0.02 mol/L monochloraceticacid was used as a supporting electrolyte.The electric potential of peak was found to be-1.13V.The calibration curve for tungsten is linear in the range of 2. 18x 10 ̄(-10)~1.52x 10 ̄(-8)mol/L,with a detection limit of 7.36x 10 ̄(-11) mol/L. This method is simple,rapid and accu-rate,and has been directly applied to the determination of trace amounts of tungsten in spec-trograde molybdic oxide
