【Abstract】 A new polarographic system for determination of tungsten is presented in thispaper. A solution of pH2.1 H₂SO₄ -1.78x 10￣（-5） mol/L Morin-0.02 mol/L monochloraceticacid was used as a supporting electrolyte.The electric potential of peak was found to be-1.13V.The calibration curve for tungsten is linear in the range of 2. 18x 10￣（-10）～1.52x 10￣（-8）mol/L,with a detection limit of 7.36x 10￣（-11） mol/L.
