【摘要】 本文采用聚合酶链式反应——单链构型多态分析检测了15例膀胱癌 P₅₃基因的改变。结果共检出6例异常,占40%,其中突变4例,等位基因缺失2例,发生在外显子4—8。6例异常均发生在浸润型癌,表浅型癌未检出异常.异常癌组织的病理分级较高,均在Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级。由此表明,该基因异常可能是癌发展过程中的晚期事件.更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifteen cases of bladder cancer were examined for the alteration in P₅₃ gene using polymerase chain reaction—sinlgle strand conformarion polymorphism.The results indicated that the muta- tion and the allelic loss in 2 cases appeared in 6 cases of invasive bladder cancer but mot in superf- ical bladder cancer.Thses cases with abnormalities of P₅₃ gene were diagnosed as higher histo-- pathological grades （from Ⅰ to Ⅱ）.Thus the alteration of P₅₃ gene may be a late event in the devel- opment of cancer.更多还原
