【摘要】 本文测定了老年人（60岁以上）血浆纤维结合蛋白及免疫球蛋白,补体 C₃、淋巴细胞转化率等,对上述各指标间关系进行了分析,结果显示老年人 PF_n 及其它免疫指标均有所下降,其中以 PF_n、IgA、LT 下降显著（P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.01）。提示老年人存在免疫功能下降,特别是细胞免疫及呼吸道局部免疫功能改变明显。PF_n 与（?）T 及 IgA 为显著正相关（P<0.01及 P<0.05）,PF_n 下降是导致老年人机体抵抗力下降的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plasma fibronection（PFn）,immunoglobulin,complement C₃ and lymphocyte transformation rate（LT）were determined.Relations of PFn and other index were analysised.The results showed that PFn,IgA and LT were significantly descended over 60 years old.Relation coefficient of PFn and LT was 0.6773（P<0.05）.Cell immunal function and respirtory tractlocal immmynal function of the elderly were lower.PFn is dirwctly cause of organism immunal function descent in the elderly.更多还原
