在CTMAB存在下应用苯基萤光酮分光光度法测定岩矿中微量锡
SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATIONOF MICRO TIN IN ROCKS AND MINERALS WITH PHENYLFLUORONE IN THE PRESENTOF CETYLTRIME-THYLAMMONIUM BROMIND
【摘要】 本文研究了在CTMAB存在下,应用苯基萤光酮分光光度法测定微量锡的条件。在C(H_2SO_4)/(mol·L ̄(-1))=0.2一0;8的硫酸介质中,锡与苯基萤光酮反应生成有色络合物。该络合物的最大吸收λ_(max)=516nn,表观摩尔吸光系数:ε_(516)=1.4×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)cm ̄(-1),锡(Ⅳ)ρsn(Ⅳ)/(μg·ml ̄(-1))在0一0.8范围内符合比尔定律。络合物可以稳定24h以上。该法灵敏度高,操作简便,可用于测定岩矿样品中的微量锡。
【Abstract】 In this paper the condition of spectrophotometric determination of micro tin with phenylfluorone(PF)m the presenc cetyltrine-thylammonium bromid(CTMAB)have been studied.Tin)reacts with PF inC(H2SO4)=02~0.8 mol·L ̄(-1) of sulfuric acid medium forming a colored complex。The maxium absorption of the com-plex is at 516 nm。 It’S apparent molar extinction coefficient is 1.4×10 ̄5. Beer’ S law is obeyed for tin in the range of 0一0.8μg/ml.The complex can stabilize for more than 24 h.The method is highly-sensitivity and simple. This method can be used to determine micro tin in the rocks and minerals。
