重载齿轮齿面接触应力分布及轮齿修形

【摘要】 利用三维有限元法和矩阵理论,给出了同时计算啮合轮齿接触线载荷分布的方法。根据齿轮轮齿的啮合情况来确定轮齿的齿廓修形和齿向修形参数,并给出了一对钭齿轮副的计算实例。计算表明,合理地选择轮齿修形参数,可以有效地改善轮齿的啮合状态,从而显著地提高齿轮的承载能力。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a method for the accurate calculation of contact stress along the contactlines of the instantaneously engaged teeth of gears is represented combining the three-dimensional finite element method with matrix theory. According to contact stress distribution state in the mesh,the paranretersof the tooth profile and longitudinal corrections can be determined. Acalculated example of corrected helicalgears shows that reasonable corrections of the gear can improve the teeth contact states and increase the loadvarrying capacity noticeably.
