22SiMnNi2CrMoA钢制钎尾复合强韧化研究
Study on compound hardening & annealing bit shank of steel 22SiMnNi2CrMoA
【摘要】 研究了渗碳十等温淬火及稀土－碳共渗十等温淬火的复合强韧化处理对22SiMnNi2CrMoA钢组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明，用22SiMnNi2CrmoA钢制造凿岩机钎尾，采用上述复合强韧化处理工艺，其平均使用寿命较常规热处理提高5～6倍。
【Abstract】 The effct of dup/ex strengthening and ductilising treatment of carbonizing+austempering and rareearth-carbonizing+austemPeri on microstructure and properties of 22SiMnNi2CrMoA steel was investfaated. The resulf Showed that,with duplex strengthening and ductilizing treatment, the life of shank adapter made of 22SiMnNi2CrMoA steel was 5~6times of that with ordinary heat treatment.
