【Abstract】 Abstract Osteoarthritis is a common disease of the humantemporomandibular joint(TMJ ).X-ray examination is the routine diagnostic method of TMJ osteoarthritis.In this study,thirty-five cases of TMJDS patients were examedarthroscopically and arthrographically,the findingsof each method were compared.The role andsignificance of arthroscopy in early diagnosis of TMJ osteoarthritis were discussed.The result showed that TMJ arthroscopy was very effective in the early identifyingof cartilage damage and synovitis.Compared with arthrography,TMJ arthroscopy is a valuable method for the early dignosis of TMJ osteoarthritis.更多还原
