【Abstract】 Abstract EDTA-soluble non-collagenous dentine proteins were estracted from rabbit dentine and analyzed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and amino acidassayed system for the molecular weights and composition of amino acids.Data generated from electrophoresis showed that molecular weights of the extracts arelow ranging from 17.5kD to 65kD.The result of amino acid analysis suggestedglycosaminoglycans and phosphoproteins wereinvolved in the dentine proteins.更多还原
