【摘要】 本文总结了作者采用冠状切口用于口腔颌面外科手术５７例的临床资料，介绍了冠状切口用于口腔颌面外科的手术方法，对其适应证、优越性和操作注意事项等进行了讨论和分析，认为冠状切口可提供充分的暴露，切口隐蔽安全，术后无继发畸形和功能障碍，且有助于显露颅前凹和颅中凹区．对同时需植骨的病例更为适用．具一种较为理想的手术切口和径路更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract This Paper reported an experience of using coronal incision in 57 cases of oro - maxillofacial operations. The operation procedure of this incision, its indication and advantages were discussed with one typical case. It is showed that coronal incision is safe and stayed in concealment. No secondary deformity and function impediment can be found after operation. It can provide full exposure, especially being applicable to the cases for which bone graft is necessary in the operation.更多还原
