【摘要】 作者应用ＢｉｏＧｅｌＰ—２柱层析法从５００ｍｌ刺激性腮腺唾液中分离提纯出一族富组蛋白，重约３０ｍｇ。该族蛋白经阳离子聚丙烯酰酸胺凝胶电泳可见７条蛋白带．且谱带成对出现；其分子量在２０００～６０００ｄａｌｔｏｎ；其氨基酸组成富含Ｈｉｓ，Ａｒｇ和Ｌｙｓ；其双抗体夹心型ＥＬＩＳＡ呈阳性反应确证所提蛋白是唾液富组蛋白。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The authors. purified 30mg bistatins from 500ml stimulated parotid saliva by one-step procedure-Bio Gel P-2 column chromatograpghy,There were at least seven members (histation 1-7)in Cationic polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis ,Molecul weights of the purified proteins werefrom 2000 to 6000 dalton,The amino acid composition showed that they were histidine -rich,arginine-rich and Lysine -rich The proteins were identified as salivary histatins by sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.更多还原
