【摘要】 近几年来，我科选择性地对３３例口腔颌面部癌瘤病例，在原发灶切除的同时，同期行改良选择性肩胛舌骨肌上颈清扫术。经１年至５年的随访，术后功能与疗效满意。我们认为本术式的优点主要是手术操作简单，可充分保留副神经和颈内静脉功能，并发症较少，可以达到根治性颈淋巴清扫术目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 3 cases with maligeant tumor in oral-maxillofacial region were selected to undergomodified selective supraomohyoid neck dissection(MSSND) meanwhile rcnoving primary focus.After 5-year follow-up, the function and result were satisfactory. The authors pointed outthe advantages as follows: ( 1 ) simple operative procedure,(2) all function of accessory nerveand internal jugular vein ate reserved, (3) less complication, (4) result being the same asradical neck dissection.更多还原
