【Abstract】 ince l985 our department has been using the skin flap overcast trauma to treat twentycases of electric burn hand and the bone revealed.Of the twenty cases,there are l5 cases offlaps autoplastic,which are treated with l9 flaps.There are 5 cases which are treated with 8flaps.All the flaps are good.It is an ideal method to treat burn and osteonecrosis as well asprotectes certain function of hand.更多还原
