【摘要】 本文论述了贫困地区经济发展过程中急需解决的几个重要课题：首先应把科技进步作为发展经济的基础，因为科技进步是科学技术与生产力结合的产物，体现管理科学、技术科学和人才培养、劳动者素质等各方面的综合发展，本文从脱贫地区的经验出发，论证了发展贫区经济必须以市场导向、将产品生产变为商品生产，建立龙头企业和生产基地，走科技与经济结合的道路，提出了我省贫困地区可供选择的，有潜在市场的支柱产业，强调了政府培育和建全市场组织的必要性。更多还原
