【摘要】 作者对照研究了三种不同浓度的碘伏溶液(0.02%、0.1%、0.5%)对小鼠口腔牙周及粘膜等软组织的毒性作用.结果表明,小鼠口腔局部应用碘伏对其全身性影响极小,对牙周及粘膜等软组织的刺激作用十分轻微,提示碘伏是一个安全低毒的消毒药物,可以应用于口腔临床治疗.更多还原

【Abstract】 We in contrast studied the toxicity of three different concentration of iodophor solutions (0. 02%,0.1%,0.5%)to mouse oral mucosa and peridontal tissue, the result shows:there is no general effect and a little irrilative action in local application of i-oldophor solution for mouse oral cavity. It indicates that iodophor can be used to oral disease therapy with lower toxicity.更多还原
